End of the quarter.

To date, i have done everything on the sheets Jeff has had us do, everything on electrical.
All 160 of them as well as a couple real life scenarios on the Freight liner. and doing an OEM Starting and charging test.

Next came Brakes, I did all 14 requested on different trucks, the Internationals, Kenworth, and Freightliner.
Making the video for it. tightning the bearings to specifications.

then steering and suspension, checking the alignment on the trucks with string and tape measure, and the lazars. then changing them so they where right. as well as making stands for the kenworth so that they had the front axle free from the jacks holding it up

then the steering pump test and tearing it apart.

then taking the clutch and transmission out of the Freightliner and puting it back in.

one fun quarter, cant wait for next one.

Transmission and Clutch

So at the beginning of the week myself and a few others took out the transmission and clutch out of the freightliner. it was an interesting experience to due to the weight of the transmission and how we had to take it out.

We had to take the bell housing off of the front of the transmission so we could slide it under the lift the truck was sitting on. after taking it out and replacing the gasket we put it under the truck then took the clutch pack out and put it back in.

then put the transmission back in with difficulty lining it up to slide it in.

once we where done with that, we took the fifth wheel off of the kenworth and pulled the mechanism appart and put it back together.

Drivetrains

On monday myself, and three others began taking the transmission out of the freightliner. first we had to pull a section of the drive line out and then we could get at the trans more easily.

But we got it all out and off, and out from under the truck. now on Tuesday we are getting the clutch back on to the back of the engine, and hopefully today we can button it back up
